NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 28, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 13 CA 053240 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I TRUST 2004-HE8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE8, is Plaintiff, and DEBRA ANN FLAIG A/K/A DEBRA ANN COSS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBRA ANN FLAIG A/K/A DEBRA ANN COSS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS,, are Defendants.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
