NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2014CA001010CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and KIM M. JACKSON; CHRISTOPHER P. JACKSON, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 13th day of October, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 913, PALM TERRACE GARDENS, UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 37-38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
