NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 20, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 51-2010-CA-008196-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME EQUITY TRUST 2004-2, is the Plaintiff and HIRAM D VELEZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HIRAM D. VELEZ N/K/A EMMA VELEZ; MAYRA Y DARBONNE; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 10/06/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
