TRUST 2007 NC3 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007 NC3, is Plaintiff, and Janine C. Harrison, Lake Padgett Estates East Property Owners Association, Inc., and Refinance America, LTD, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 29th day of September, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
