NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 11, 2014 in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Pasco County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Unit 28, Building 101, CHELSEA MEADOWS, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominim thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 6900, Page 460, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on September 18, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
