Final Judgment was awarded on October 8, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-002372-ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and, LARRY M. MEALS; WILDERNESS LAKE PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; FRANKLONG CREDIT MANAGEMENT CORPORATION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on September 18, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
