NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12 August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-019985 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank NA, successor trustee to Bank of America, NA, successor in interest to LaSalle Bank NA, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, WMALT Series 2007-OA3, is the Plaintiff and Gerardo Torres also known as Geraldo Torres, GTE Federal Credit Union, Hillsborough County, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgageit, Inc., Noraima Y. Torres, State of Florida, State of Florida Department of Revenue, The Unknown Spouse of Gerardo Torres also known as Geraldo Torres also known as Lissette Colon, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 30th of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
