NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12 August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001454 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2005-1 Mortgage Backed Notes, Series 2005-1, is the Plaintiff and Brian S. Clines also known as Brian Clines, Melissa D. Clines also known as Melissa Clines, USAA Federal Savings Bank, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 30th of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
