NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 31st day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-013983, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A2 is the Plaintiff and SHAWN T. HAVERFEILD A/K/A SHAWN HAVERFIELD; JILL HAVERFIELD; RICHARD D. ROGAN; HEATHER A. HAVERFIELD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMIINEE FOR WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. DBA WELLS FARGO HOME EQUITY and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 18th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
