NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 31st day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-ca-014221, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and EDWARD NEWMAN; HERITAGE ISLES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 19th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 16 HERITAGE ISLES PHASE 3A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 80 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
