ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-11T1 is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY C. TURNER; SHERRY R. TURNER; BANKATLANTIC; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY; STOCK BUILDING SUPPLY, LLC F/K/A STOCK BUILDING SUPPLY, INC., A NORTH CAROLINA CORPORATION, FORMERLY MCGINNES LUMBER COMPANY AT PLANT CITY, INC.; RING POWER CORPORATION; CHARTIS CLAIMS, INC., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL RECOVERY, INC.; DUANE BATEMAN are the Defendant(s). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
