NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-002370, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and JUAN RAMIREZ; CAPITAL ONE BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; CLERK OF COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; GROW FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION FKA MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; KINGS LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; GUADALUPE RAMIREZ; ANITA M RAMIREZ and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, BLOCK 2, KINGS LAKE PHASE 2A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE(S) 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
