NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-08052, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and JOHN W. GEISLER; THE TRUSTEE COMPANY, A FLORIDA CORPORATION AS A TRUSTEE OF THE 809 WEST SAUNDERS STREET LAND TRUST UTD 10-02-2003; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 AND THE WEST 15 FEET OF THE LOT 5, BLOCK 1, STALLWOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
