NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 23, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA- 006452 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NHEL HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-WF1 is the Plaintiff and DARROLL EVELAND SR; SANDRA EVELAND; TENANT #1 N/K/A DARROLL EVELAND, JR. are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 11/03/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
