SULLIVAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALBERTA A. SULLIVAN; ROBERT V. SULLIVAN A/K/A ROBERT V. SULLIVAN JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT V. SULLIVAN; HIGHGATE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; KINGS POINT WEST CONDOMINIUM, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
