YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, Normandy Homeowners Association, Inc., herein in the following described property:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 7, Bldg. B, as shown on Condominium Plat of NORMANDY PARK SOUTH CONDOMINIUM I, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 6, Page 69 through 73, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed in Official Records Book 3411, Page 575 and refiled in O.R. Book 3431, Page 3, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof, and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 1682 Lake Ave. #7, Largo, Florida 33756.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 10/06/2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
