NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-007657 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AHL3, Plaintiff, and DONALD F. DONAHUE, KATHLEEN M. BUTTICE DONAHUE A/K/A KATHLEEN M. BUTTICE, CLEARWATER COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of December, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 7, BUILDING NO. 2, OF CLEARWATER COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 113, PAGES 27 THROUGH 30, INCLUSIVE, AND ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8337, PAGE 2205, AS MAY BE AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
