NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-7075-CICI21, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC , is Plaintiff and HYSEN CIFLIGU; ELIDA CIFLIGU; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 209, OF KEENE PARK UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, AT PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
