Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PINELLAS County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida described as:
LOT 6, BLOCK 18, MILTON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 901 Tuskawilla Street, Clearwater, FL 33756, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 30, 2014 at 10:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
