NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-014263 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Robert Alan Mizel a/k/a Robert A. Mizel, Individually, and as Trustee of the Robert A. Mizel Revocable Trust, Under Agreement Dated October 25, 2004 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEING A PORTION OF LOT 2, OF SUN KETCH TOWNHOMES AT CYPRESS LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 116, PAGES 20 THROUGH 22, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER, OF SAID LOT 2; THENCE SOUTH 67 DEGREES 27'06”E, ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 2, (ALSO BEING THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS DESCRIPTION), FOR 62.61 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 67 DEGREES 27'06”E, ALONG SAID PROPERTY LINE, FOR 31.48 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 22 DEGREES 17'33”W, FOR 130.50 FEET, TO A POINT ON THE NORTHEASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF HEMINGWAY DRIVE, (HAVING A RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH OF 50 FEET); THENCE NORTH 67 DEGREES 27'06”W, ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, FOR 32.23 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, NORTH 22 DEGREES 37'23”E, ALONG A LINE OF WHICH A PORTION IS ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF A CONCRETE BLOCK WALL, SEPARATING TWO TOWNHOMES, FOR 130.50 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
