NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-000584-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US Bank Trust National Association as Trustee for WG2 Mortgage Trust VII, Series 2013-1 is the Plaintiff and William Tyner; Unknown Spouse of William Tyner; Unknown Tenant I; Unknown Tenant II; and Any Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BEVERLY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
