NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 18th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09015007CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and LORNA N. DIOLA A/K/A LORNA N. CARREON A/K/A LORNA C. DIOLA A/K/A LORNA DIOLA; NEIL ALEXANDER DIOLA A/K/A NEIL A. DIOLA; REGIONS BANK, DBA AMSOUTH BANK; SUNTRUST BANK; WORTHINGTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCITION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 19th day of September, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 99, WORTHINGTON, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 110, PAGE 59 THROUGH 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
