YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the 4COP Retail Beverage/Liquor License issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, License No.: BEV6200655 has been filed against you by Plaintiff, Florida Community Bank, a national banking association (“FCB”), as successor in interest to Cortez Community Bank.
Accordingly, you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to such action to Richmond C. Flowers, Esq., Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
