The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-3, Plaintiff and TYRONE FIFTH AVENUE APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN RICHARDSON AKA JOHN KENDALL RICHARDSON; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this September 22nd, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF APARTMENT NO. C-4, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TYRONE FIFTH AVENUE APARTMENTS “B” AND “C”, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 52 THROUGH 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED AUGUST 18, 1966 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2441, PAGES 512 THROUGH 555, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE AS PART OF THERETO; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
