Asset Backed Pass Through Certificates, Series 2007-AMC4, under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated June 1, 2007, Plaintiff and George Garcia, as Surviving Joint Tenant of Jerry Lane Franks-Smith a/k/a Jerry Lane Franks Smith a/k/a Jerry L. Franks Smith a/k/a Jerry L. Franks, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 23, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 8, MEADOW LAWN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 2-3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
