NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-5747 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NOMURA HOME EQUITY HOME LOAN, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff and Daniel J. Obrien, Amscot Corporation, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc as nominee for First NLC Financial Services, LLC, and Stratford Commons Homeowners Association, Inc., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 29th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Stratford Commons, as per plat thereof, recorded in plat Book 96, Pages 76-79, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 4067 Daventry Lane, Palm Harbor, FL 34685
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
