NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-4608-CI-7 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/K/A NORWEST BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR DELTA FUNDING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 1998-1, is Plaintiff and Elaine Blue, et al, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 29th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 156, Patty Ann Acres according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 71, Pages 87 thru 89 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 10 Teal Place, Palm Harbor, FL 34683.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
