Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated August 26, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 12-004421-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and BARBARA E OKEEFE, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 12202, BUILDING XII, STONE`S THROW XII, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6874, PAGE 582, THROUGH 695, INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 3 THROUGH 7, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of October, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
