Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated August 26, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 12-009454-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO NATIONAL CITY REAL ESTATE SERVICES LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE INC., FKA NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO. DBA ACCUBANC MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and JOHN C. KOCH, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 246, BLOCK F, RAVENWOOD MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGES 92 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of October, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
