NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-013523 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LPP Mortgage LTD, Plaintiff and James E. Grady and Bernadine Grady are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 26, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
A TRACT OF LAND IN THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST. DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 AND RUN THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SE 1/4 A DISTANCE OF 115 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTHERLY PARALLEL TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 34, A DISTANCE OF 242.60 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; AND FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN EASTERLY PARALLEL TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF THE SE 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 34, A DISTANCE OF 115 FEET TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 34, RUN THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SECTION 34, A DISTANCE OF 75 FEET; RUN THENCE WESTERLY PARALLEL TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINEO F THE SE 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 34, A DISTANCE OF 115 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTHERLY A DISTANCE OF 75 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS AND EXCEPT THE WESTERLY 15 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS AND EXCEPT THE WESTERLY 15 FEET THEREOF, PREVIOUSLY RESERVED FOR THE USE OF GENERAL PUBLIC AS THE STREET AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSE.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
