NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-011789 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and, NEFF, MARK, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of September, 2014 the following described property:
THE SOUTH HALF OF LOT 6, BLOCK 30, HIGHLAND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
