Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC., a Delaware limited liability company, Plaintiff, and JAMES H. FELDER, an individual GWENDOLYN D. FELDER, an individual; DISCOVER BANK, a federally chartered bank; and JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants I, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the online auction www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 13th day of October, 2014, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:

From a Point of Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Lot 15, run North 44Ëš 52' 21'' West, 51.17 feet; thence North 58Ëš 15' 39'' East 109.53 to the Easterly boundary of Lot 15; thence along said boundary by a curve to the left radius 255 feet; arc 36.20 feet; chord South 35Ëš 48' 21'' East 36.17 feet to the most Easterly corner of Lot 15, thence South 50Ëš 07' 39'' West 101.36 feet to the Point of Beginning
