Condominium Parcel: Unit 404, TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 205, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3540, Page 534 and all amendments thereto and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 7, Pages 82 and 83, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in common elements appurtenant thereto.
