YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MISSION HILLS CONDOMIBNIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number A-86, Building 86-D, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 3365, Pages 870 through 931 inclusive, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Page 45 through 57 inclusive, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2961 Flint Drive North, Clearwater, Florida 33759.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 10/06/2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint.
