NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-001497 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, Plaintiff, and, WATKINS, ILONA, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of September, 2014, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 154, BUILDING âKâ, ROYAL PINES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4819, PAGE 1211 ET SEQ., AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES(S) 83-85, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
