BATTIS A/K/A SHIRLEY BATTIS; PASADENA COVE OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 13, 1998; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s).
