NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2014, and entered in 13-010841-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and SHIRLEY S. BATTIS A/K/A SHIRLEY BATTIS, INDIVIDUALLY; SHIRLEY S. BATTIS A/K/A SHIRLEY BATTIS, AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 13, 1998; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHIRLEY S. BATTIS A/K/A SHIRLEY BATTIS; PASADENA COVE OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 13, 1998; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 23, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 303, BUILDING 3, PHASE III, PASADENA COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5655, PAGE 1832, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5680, PAGE 1104, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5754, PAGE 2194, AND FURTHER AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5824, PAGE 328, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 23, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 33 AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 105, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
