NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 5, 2014 in Civil Case No. 10-002690-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, BARBARA JEAN PHILLIPS; DONALD L. PHILLIPS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on September 19, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 41, WING “E” NW, B53 BUILDING OF ON TOP OF THE WORD, UNIT FORTY-NINE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE(S) 123 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE(S) 59 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. 4798, PAGE 712 THROUGH 739, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
