NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 20, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-009401, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff, and, CHRISTINE MARIE KENNEDY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A; OAKHURST MANOR TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on September 19, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT F1, OAKHURST MANOR TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 122, PAGES 22 AND 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 11022 NORTH 63rd AVENUE, UNIT F-1, SEMINOLE, FLORIDA 33772-6879
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
