NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 5, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-006317, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, US BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE RELATING TO THE CHEVY CHASE FUNDING LLC MORTGAGE BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3, is the Plaintiff, and, NORMAN J.TANGUAY; BRENDA H. TANGUAY; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on September 19, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK N , NORTH BAY HILLS REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 95-97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
