NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 6, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-005184-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Cynthia S. Shear a/k/a Cynthia Shear f/k/a Cynthia S. Magee a/k/a Cynthia Magee c/o Richard Rodriguez; Unknown Spouse of Cynthia S. Shear a/k/a Cynthia Shear f/k/a Cynthia S. Magee a/k/a Cynthia Magee; Suntrust Bank; Cloverplace Condominium Association, Inc. ; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 101, CLOVERPLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 98 THROUGH 100, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 29 THROUGH 31, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AN SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5669, PAGE 189, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
