NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated June 9, 2014, and was recorded June 27, 2014, in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida, Instrument Number 2014000134872, (3 pages), I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at MARINA VILLAGE AT SNUG HARBOR CONDOMINIUM Manager's Office, 645 Old San Carlos Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931 on the 30th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Lee County, Florida, to-wit:
