NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-004414 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and JULIO MORALES A/K/A JULIO JOSE MORALES A/K/A JULIO J. MORALES; CATHERINE MORALES and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 24th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK “O”, WINTER PARK ESTATES SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDE DIN PLAT BOOK “X”, PAGE 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
