NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2014, in Case Number 2013-CA-002703-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Fairwinds Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Vincent V. Jones, Viettka Y. Jones, Chickasaw Trails Homeowners Association, Inc., Orange County Clerk of Court, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on September 23, 2014, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 35, CHICKASAW TRAILS PHASE 4, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 28, Pages 126 and 127 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Notice is also given pursuant to ยง 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
