NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007882-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-PR2 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and JESUS ORLANDO PENALOZA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 100, WATERFORD LAKES TRACT N23-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, AT PAGES 123-124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
