NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-004298-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006 -WMC1, ASSET BACKED PASS -THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC1, is Plaintiff, and JEREMY LOYD, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 8, BONNEVILLE SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGE 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
