IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 9TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, IN AND FOR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO. 2013-CA-9623-0

Plaintiff, vs.
MICHAEL LAMAR BROWN;
UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL LAMAR BROWN; SUNTRUST BANK; and
JOHN DOE, as a tenant in possession,
Defendants.
NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated August 26,2014 and entered in the above styled cause now pending in said Court, that will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on September 30, 2014, 2014, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Unit C-35, of Semoran Club Condominium, and an undivided interest in Lot A, which composes the common elements appurtenant to said unit, all in accordance with and subject to covenants, conditions restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the declaration of condominiums filed in O. R. Book 2865, Page 1872, and all amendments thereto Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
