NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2014, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2013-CA-008920-O, the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 5, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20, REPLAT OF MARTIN PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 115-116 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
