NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2014, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2013-CA-013046-O, the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on November 4, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
