NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 21, 2014, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-018668 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee is the Plaintiff and Jie Chen; Unknown Spouse of Jie Chen; Anita Mullins; Unknown Spouse of Anita Mullins n/k/a James Mullins; The Reserve at Belmere Homeowners Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; City of Orlando, Florida; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 2nd day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK B, RESERVE AT BELMERE, PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 9-12 PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
