NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-ca-007322-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and MASOOD MIRZA A/K/A MASSOD MIRZA; SHAZIA MIRZA; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; ROCK SPRINGS RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 29th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 559, ROCK SPRINGS RIGDE PHASE IV-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 37 THROUGH 39, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
